Climbing shoes vary in shape—including foot shape and whether they have a down-toe design—not only between manufacturers but also among models from the same manufacturer. Due to the nature of climbing shoes, which are designed to be worn snug enough to allow your toes to curl in order to efficiently transfer power from your toes, even slight differences in shoe size or shape can significantly affect the fit.

Therefore, if possible, we recommend trying them on in person at a store to check the fit before purchasing.
