On average, it lasts about 6–8 months before the silica granules become saturated with moisture, but you can reheat them in the microwave to remove the moisture and reuse them as many times as you like.

・Microwave Instructions and Precautions
: 1. Wrap each insert individually in paper towels.
2. Set the microwave to low or half power.
3. Microwave approximately twice; before microwaving a second time, be sure to check
that the insert has cooled down completely.
4. Timing: S size—30 seconds
twice; M size—45 seconds twice
. (You can repeat this process as needed.)
5. Finally, remove the paper towels and let them cool completely before use.
　　(It will feel damp at first, but it will dry out after a few minutes and be ready for reuse.)

Warning! Please be careful—heating at full power for more than one minute will cause the dough to melt!
